Ideal for couples, families, or small groups (2 to 8 participants), this coaching experience blends movement, mindfulness, and nutrition with heart-centered guidance and practical tools.
Led by Yomi Karade, a Spiritual and Health & Wellness Coach, these sessions offer a unique opportunity to grow in community while honoring each person’s individual journey.
Each 45-minute session is customized to your group’s shared goals and interests. Whether you're working toward better health, deeper connection, or lifestyle alignment, we’ll co-create sessions that feels energizing, supportive, and transformative.
Session themes may include:
Fitness Coaching: Strength training, Pilates fusion, core, dance movement and mobility
Spiritual Wellness: Meditation, breathwork, energy alignment, and soul-centered reflection
Healthy Eating Support: Label reading, meal planning, hydration, and mindful nutrition

To get the most out of your session, we recommend:
Logging in 5–10 minutes early to settle in and check your tech
Wearing comfortable clothes if movement is included
Bringing a notebook or journal to capture insights and action steps
Preparing questions, goals, or themes your group would like to explore
Creating a quiet, focused space where everyone can participate fully
Please have the following ready:
A stable, high-speed internet connection
A reliable screen or device (laptop, tablet, or desktop) with good resolution
A notebook or journal for tracking insights and goals
Optional: Workout gear or food items if your session includes movement or nutrition
A spirit of openness, curiosity, and collaboration
