This online group class is designed for adults over 50 who want to stay active, mobile, and energized in a supportive virtual community. With space for up to 100 participants, you’ll enjoy the energy of a shared experience while receiving expert guidance tailored to mature bodies and evolving wellness needs.
As someone who is currently 55 years old, I deeply understand the importance of challenging the body without exhausting it. This class is about honoring your strength, protecting your joints, and moving with intention—so you can feel vibrant, capable, and confident at every stage of life.
In this 45-minute live class, you’ll experience a balanced mix of fitness and wellness practices designed to support longevity, vitality, and confidence. Each session is thoughtfully curated to meet the needs of the group and may include:
Core, Strength & Cardio Training to build endurance, tone muscles, and support heart health
Pilates Fusion for posture, flexibility, and deep core activation
Low-Impact Calisthenics to improve mobility and joint stability
Meditation & Breathwork to reduce stress and enhance mental clarity

Whether you're easing back into movement or maintaining an active lifestyle, this class meets you with modifications, encouragement, and expert guidance.
To get the most out of your session, we recommend:
Logging in 5–10 minutes early to settle in and check your tech
Wearing comfortable workout gear that allows for free movement
Hydrating before and after class
Creating a quiet, distraction-free space where you can move safely and focus fully
Please have the following ready:
A stable, high-speed internet connection to avoid interruptions
A clear, reliable screen or device (laptop, tablet, or desktop) with good resolution for viewing demonstrations
A yoga or exercise mat
Weights (or household alternatives like water bottles or canned goods) suited to your own capacity
A bottle of water to stay hydrated
A clear space to move freely
A positive mindset and willingness to show up for yourself and your community
Classes are led by Yomi Karade, Certified Personal Trainer, Pilates Instructor, and holistic coach. Yomi’s approach is intuitive, inclusive, and empowering—blending science-backed fitness with soulful guidance. Expect clear instruction, thoughtful pacing, and a welcoming group dynamic that fosters connection and growth—even in a larger virtual setting.

Format: Live online class via Zoom
Group Size: Minimum 4 participants. Maximum up to 100.
Classes run with a minimum of 4 participants to ensure a supportive group dynamic. If fewer than 4 are enrolled, the session may be rescheduled or converted to a private session at an adjusted rate.
Replay Access: Session recordings can be made available exclusively to registered participants who wish to revisit the class or catch up if they missed it.
