This class is thoughtfully designed for women navigating the physical and emotional changes of menopause. Through movement, breath, and strength-building, we support your body’s natural transitions while helping you feel energized, confident, and in control.
What to Expect During the Session
In this 30-minute online class, you’ll be guided through a series of gentle yet effective exercises tailored to support hormonal balance, emotional well-being, and physical strength. Expect a warm, welcoming environment where every movement is intentional and every breath is grounding.
You’ll experience:
Strength Training to support bone density and muscle tone
Core & Stability Work to improve posture and reduce joint stress
Cardio & Endurance Boosts to elevate mood and heart health
Stretching & Mobility to ease stiffness and improve flexibility
Mindful Movement & Breathwork to reduce stress, support hormonal balance, and promote womb health
Whether you're dealing with fatigue, weight changes, hot flashes, or emotional shifts, this class meets you with compassion and science-backed strategies. All levels are welcome, with modifications provided throughout.
To get the most out of your session, we recommend:
Logging in 5–10 minutes early to settle in and check your tech
Wearing comfortable gym gear that allows for free movement
Hydrating before and after class
Creating a quiet, distraction-free space where you can move safely and focus fully
Please have the following ready:
A stable, high-speed internet connection to avoid interruptions
A clear, reliable screen or device (laptop, tablet, or desktop) with good resolution for viewing demonstrations
A yoga or exercise mat
Weights (or household alternatives like water bottles or canned goods) suited to your own capacity
A bottle of water to stay hydrated
A clear space to move freely

Classes are taught by Yomi Karade (unless otherwise noted), a Certified Personal Trainer, Pilates Instructor, and specialist in Women’s Health and Wellness. Yomi’s coaching style is compassionate, empowering, and deeply intuitive—rooted in science, soul, and lived experience.
At 55, Yomi has personally navigated menopause and understands the physical and emotional shifts it brings. Through consistent movement and mindful eating, her transition was steady and manageable—not chaotic or overwhelming. She brings that same grounded, holistic approach to her coaching, helping women feel strong, supported, and in tune with their bodies.
