This vibrant online class is designed for all ages, abilities, and fitness levels. Whether you're new to movement or a seasoned dancer, this inclusive Zumba-inspired session blends music, low- to medium-impact choreography, and joyful energy to help you move, sweat, and smile—without pressure or judgment.
All music used is family-friendly and free from explicit language, creating a safe and uplifting environment for everyone.
In this 30-minute live class, you’ll experience a fun and energizing fusion of dance and fitness. Expect easy-to-follow routines, rhythmic movement, and a supportive vibe that makes you feel like you're dancing with friends.

To get the most out of your session, we recommend:
Logging in 5–10 minutes early to settle in and check your tech
Wearing comfortable clothes and supportive footwear
Hydrating before and after class
Creating a safe space to move freely and express yourself
Please have the following ready:
A stable, high-speed internet connection to avoid interruptions
A clear, reliable screen or device (laptop, tablet, or desktop) with good resolution for viewing demonstrations
A bottle of water to stay hydrated
A clear space to move safely
Optional: A towel and light weights or maracas for added fun
And most importantly—your joyful spirit and dancing feet!
Classes are led by Yomi Karade, Certified Zumba Instructor, Personal Trainer, and holistic wellness coach. Yomi’s approach is inclusive, uplifting, and rhythmically intuitive—blending movement with music, mindfulness, and celebration. Expect clear instruction, positive energy, and a welcoming space for all.

Replay Access: Session recordings are available exclusively to registered participants who wish to revisit the class or catch up if they missed it.
