This quick and powerful fitness program is designed specifically for remote workers who spend long hours sitting, multitasking, and navigating the demands of virtual life. In just 20 minutes, three days a week, you’ll experience movement that boosts energy, sharpens focus, and supports your physical and mental well-being—without disrupting your workday.

What to Expect During the Sessions

Each session is a dynamic blend of movement styles that keep things fresh, fun, and effective. You’ll enjoy:

  • Dance & Movement to shake off stress and elevate your mood

  • Strength Training using bodyweight or light resistance to build tone and endurance

  • Core Activation with Pilates Fusion to support posture, stability, and spinal health

  • Kickboxing Elements for cardio, coordination, and empowerment

  • Stretch & Breathwork to reset your nervous system and improve circulation

No equipment required—just your body, your breath, and a willingness to move.

How to Prepare Beforehand

To get the most out of your session, we recommend:

  • Logging in 5 minutes early to check your tech and settle in

  • Wearing comfortable clothes and supportive footwear

  • Hydrating before and after class

  • Creating a clear space to move safely near your workstation

What You’ll Need for Class

Please have the following ready:

  • A stable, high-speed internet connection

  • A reliable screen or device (laptop, tablet, or desktop) with good resolution

  • A bottle of water

  • A clear space to move freely

  • Optional: Light weights or resistance bands if you’d like to level up

  • And your best midday energy—we’ll take care of the rest!

Coaching Style & Approach

Sessions are led by Yomi Karade, Inclusive Master Personal Trainer, Pilates Instructor, and Wellness Coach. Yomi’s approach is upbeat, intuitive, and inclusive—designed to meet you where you are and help you feel strong, focused, and refreshed. Expect clear instruction, energizing music, and a welcoming vibe that makes movement feel like a gift, not a chore.

  • Format: Live online class via Zoom

  • Group Size: Open to all (up to 100 participants)

  • Replay Access: Session recordings are available exclusively to registered participants
